Throughout his career, David has been a go-to commercial real estate analyst for top-producing New York City investment sales teams at some of the nation's most respected commercial real estate firms, including Marcus & Millichap, Massey Knakal, and RM Friedland. He has underwritten billions of dollars in commercial real estate across all major asset classes throughout the New York Metro Area and has worked on transactions representing more than $1 billion in aggregate sales volume.

At RM Friedland, David is a licensed Real Estate Broker whose primary focus within the Team Lala structure is underwriting and strategic marketing. He is involved throughout the transaction process, from pitches and listings through due diligence, contract negotiations, and closing. David brings specialized knowledge of the New York City and Hudson Valley markets, including rental rates, operating and utility costs, municipal requirements, property taxation, zoning, and rent regulation. He also designed, built, and currently manages the team’s website and internal web-based database, while overseeing a range of advanced data-processing and analytical functions.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, David worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in a management role within its Investment Banking Support Services department. He also previously owned and operated a food service and catering business with a storefront in the Bronx. David currently resides in Westchester County, NY, with his wife.
